FAQ:
Q: Is there parking?
A: Yes! We have one dedicated covered parking spot in back. The second spot is reserved for the downstairs unit. Additionally, street parking is available for free.

Q: Is there yard space?
A: Yes! We have a fenced backyard accessible from the left side of the home.

Q: Can I check in early or check out late?
A: Absolutely! Let us know ahead of time. Because this places extra time constraints on our cleaners, we charge a small fee of $25/hr for early check-in and late check-out.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.

Hi! I’m Tim—a husband, proud dad, and physician who loves creating spaces where people can relax and connect. When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking, skiing, or playing pickleball. I’m also a dog dad to our beautiful Bernedoodle pup. Hosting is something I enjoy because the right space can elevate a trip. My goal is to make your stay easy, comfortable, and memorable.
