FAQ:
Q: Is there parking?
A: Yes! We have one dedicated covered parking spot in back. The second spot is reserved for the upstairs unit. Additionally, a driveway spot is avaiable for you!

Q: Is there yard space?
A: Yes! We have a fenced backyard with a firepit.

Q: Can I check in early or check out late?
A: Absolutely! Let us know ahead of time. Because this places extra time constraints on our cleaners, we charge a small fee of $25/hr for early check-in and late check-out.

Q: Are pets allowed? A: We love that you want to bring your furry friend! Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome with advance notice. Because pet hair, dander, and odor require extra deep-cleaning (and to keep the space safe for guests and owners with severe allergies), we charge a non-refundable $125 pet fee

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.

Hi! I’m Tim—a husband, proud dad, and physician who loves creating spaces where people can relax and connect. When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking, skiing, or playing pickleball. I’m also a dog dad to our beautiful Bernedoodle pup. Hosting is something I enjoy because the right space can elevate a trip. My goal is to make your stay easy, comfortable, and memorable.
